I am running offers targeting south and southeast Asian countries(India, Indonesia, Thailand, etc). Right now I am with liquidweb. The pingdom test shows 324ms load time for one lander. But that's a test from US. I have no idea how fast when access from my target countries.
Should I consider getting a VPS hosting located in that area like in Singapore or stick to liquidweb? Any recommendation for a reliable VPS in Aisa?

Yes, you should consider a VPS over there.
Just use DigitalOcean, they have a Singapore data center.
I assume this if for hosting a self-hosted tracker?

It's for mobile landing pages. They are not static pages. Maybe I can try to make them static and host with CDN servers?
Nah if you need the dynamic components just roll out a VPS.
You could also make some static pages, put them on a CDN, then split-test against the dynamic ones on your VPS.
If the static/CDN beats the dynamic then just kill the VPS off - with DO you pay per hour of uptime so easy to roll out and destroy VPS at will.
