EPC is how much you earn per click to the offer but this ignores the CTR of your lander.
CR ... offer conversion rate = (number of conversions) / (number of visits to offer, column "Clicks")
CV ... overall conversion rate = (number of conversions) / (number of LP visits, column "Visits")
