Voluum Not Recording Lander Clicks (5)

Hey guys,

I'm having a bit of trouble setting up my Voluum tracking with my lander.

Voluum is recording the visit to my lander but is NOT recording the click through to my offer.

Also since it's not recording the click through to my offer i'm a bit uncertain if it will record my conversions.

The link on my lander that links to my offer i've taken from my affiliate network and is "http://f5mtrack.com/?a=xxxx&c=xxx&s1={campaign.id}&s2={var1}&s5={click id}"

I'll attach some screenshots so hopefully someone can spot what i've missed.

did you take your click URL from the setup tab in Voluum or have you used your offer URL on you LP?

This is your issue.

You need to send users back to Voluum from every lander you use. Sending them to some affiliate link means Voluum has no idea what has happened to the traffic after it sends it to the lander - Voluum has been removed from the loop completely.

Thanks guys, the link on my lander was in fact taken from my affiliate network, so no this wasn't going through voluum hence not recording my clicks to the offer.

I found and tested out the "Click URL" from under the setup tab in voluum and replaced the affiliate link on my lander, however this hasn't worked as the link provided "http://ws1e3.voluumtrk.com/click" is pretty generic and obviously is missing something, what have i missed here?

nope that's what you put on it, Voluum will go to the correct LP in rotation based on the incoming click through your campaign URL, you don't need to do anything else.
