Hello, i dont understand the meaning of duplicate click, can somebody explain me that thing?
i have in
in AN dashboard i see 23k
Now i'm disappointed, where are mine >50% clicks?
im going to the report tab, click report, checking the duplicate clicks checkbox, and i see 40k clicks so clicksloss is 20%
but why so many duplicates?
what mean the duplicate click? and how can i evade it? or its normal?

20% loss is normal for mobile depending on a number of factors such as geography, connectivity, network, etc.
As for the dupes, let me put it this way, do you think every device connected to the internet right now and for the rest of time will have their own IP addresses? Not with IPv4 that's for sure!
So, these duplicates simply come from users who have the same IP, i.e. the are using the same ISP and just so happen to be given the same IP address.
