Frustrated With The Postback URL Conversion link... (6)

Hey guys, I don't know why but my conversions are not updating within Voluum data base.

I'm using Peerfly.

My Postback URL: http://code.voluumtrk.com/postback?cid=%subid1%&payout=%commissions%&txid=%o ffer%

My Offer URL: http://Affiliatelink.com?s1={clickid}

My Voluum URL: http://code.voluumtrk.com/randomcode?Age={Age:}&Gender={Gender:}&State={Stat e:}&CreativeID={CreativeID:}

Those variables are for POF.

When I do a conversion test within Peerfly. Nothing happens on Voluum. After repeated attempts, I get one conversion but it just doesn't make sense because I didn't change anything.

Any help please?

Edit: Whoops, I think my previous advice was incorrect. This should be correct:

Double check that the offer doesn't require a secured postback: https://code.voluumtrk.com/postback?...%&txid=%offer%

Otherwise, it should work. Or try getting rid of the txid=%offer%

Also, go to your Peerfly reports and get a list of the SubIDs that lead to a conversion and post them to Voluum. Go Settings -> Conversion Upload.

I've tried using the secure postback URL but that didn't work either. I also removed the txid but that pretty much does nothing.

I actually haven't got a conversion from using Voluum yet. I'm just trying to figure out how to automate the conversion tracking so I can just focus on Voluum's data.

Is there a chance that the affiliate network only allows a specific number of conversion test?

I might give this a break, too frustrated

don't use txid unless you are trying to convert multiple offers to the same clickid.

the correct token for payout on peerfly is %commission% not %commissions%

Is code.voluumtrk.com a new postback URL for Voluum? did you get this off the setup page for your Voluum account?

My postback URL is xxxxx.trackvoluum.com

Yeah, sorry, I don't have the "S" behind my commission in my Peerfly settings. Must of been my mistake when I copied the link over to here.

I took away the txid. I just thought "might as well get more data".

Just tried it again and still not working..

OK just in case I'm an idiot This is what I'm doing.

Step1: Set up Affiliate Network with the Append Click ID and Accept Duplicate postbacks Ticked.

Step2: Add in traffic Source. For this instance POF. I added in the {age:}, {state:} and so on placeholders

Step3: Added in my offer with s1={clickid}

Step4: Create my campaign and chose all those settings as well as the "direct link" option.

Step5: I get my tracking URL with all the parameters attached at the end to pass through data from POF to my tracking

Step6: Settings > Setup > Copy and paste my postback URL (I tried secure https as well) into my peerfly offer where I place the postback link

Step7: I change the variables to match that of Peerfly

Step8: I test it with my tracking link

Step9: Test works fine but nothing happens at Voluum.

Am I missing something obvious?

I really do hope so cause this tracking thing is making me cry, literally

Hey mate! I might be wrong, but I think this is the step you are missing: log into peerfly, search for the offer you're promoting, and once in the offer page you should see, next to the offer title, a green rectangle that says "Tools". Click on it and choose Setup postback from the dropdown menu. Enter your customized postback url in the blank field, and click on submit. That should make the trick. This tells peerfly to send a unique id to Voluum (i.e. "post back" this id) everytime a visitor converts for you. Hope that makes it work, and if not, let me know and I'll try to help!
