Your first banners are hideous, ugly, terrible and overly simple. They may just do really well.
But in all honesty, no idea how well they will work, just gotta test them. Simple is good!

As far I know, you have to adjust the cpc by yourself all the time. You can only roughly estimate, there is no option implemented yet.

In his cookbook Caurmen says to cut every banner that has no conversion after 5000 impressions.. for me this would already mean that only one banner is left. Would you stay with this one banner and create 7 new ones?
I'm pausing the campaign at $14 spend to wait for some of your advices first..

Always use soem common sense, if you got 1 conversion and a $10.82 CPA you can't really make any decision on what to blacklist or not.
If some banner have got a way less (half) CTR and are not the type of banner that would probably convert better than others, you can cut them. Otherwise I'd keep them for now.
- You offer has got a 2 rating (and as far as I know on mobvista 1 is the lowest and 6 the highest), have you checked with your AM that the offer is actually converting well from display traffic in Germany and that others are running it successfully?
- For low payout stuff, always make it very straight to the point and hit the emotions (it's an impulse reaction to install a free app)
- Think about an epic angle that appeals to people, when was the last time you chatted and asked yourself "FUck this, I will mehr als nur standard emotionen mit meinen smileys ausdruecken koennen"!! Probably never. Something worth trying that's likely to perform better might be along the lines of "Impress your friends with epic funny smileys" or "Upgrade your Android smiles immediately"
Before optimizing anything else you need to be able to get a good amount of conversions at a price much lower than $10 - for now I'd do some spying and work on the LP, banners, angles and this kinda stuff. Because at $10 CPA, even if a placement has no conversion after $3 which would be 10 times offer payout, it could be a very good placement but due to your average $10 CPA it just has not gotten a conversion yet..
