How to use costum Variables in Voluum?

Hi, I use all this custom variables in my campaign URL and all the tracking between adnetwork, trafficsource and Voluum works totally fine. However, I cant really do analysis in Voluum, since it doesnt work to filter reports for the custom variables. It always tells me "undknown" und just sums up all the campaigns stats instead of showing me creative id or whatever else. Is this because I use the noobie plan? Voluum itself doesnt show me an error on the right side tho.

You need to tick "track" next to each custom variable

Okay, It works for all custom variables, but not for creatives. It still shows me unkown, any ideas?

I just made a new campaign with fresh creatives, so it should work. Any ideas?

I think those ticks should be ticked by default. When they added the option boxes I got a few campaigns running without tracking the tokens and I thought something was wrong.

Very simple, it needs to be "creative_id" and not "creative_ID". The tokens are case sensitive.
