So, here is the thought.
I have web development and mobile development experience for more that 15 years.
I can create virtual anything that has to do will web and mobile apps.
I also know graphics / Photoshop and design.
On the other hand i do want to learn how to kill it in mobile CPA world. I know the basics!
I can create campaigns, run ads, create LP, do the tracking and all that.
So,
If you are a successful AM knowing mobile inside out and you have proof that you know (like earnings),
I can trade your couching with my services. All i need is to learn and to create my first green campaign. I can then take if from there!
I'm sure we can work something out. I can develop a big project for you, or many small ones. Landers, Banners etc..

There's all the info you need here to start earning money in aff marketing, why don't you just start out with caurmens guide but instead of Decisive and running DU Battery or DU Speed booster pick something else, diff traffic source, diff offer - the framework is the same no matter what you run.
I agree with iAMAttila, i'm new-ish and i've found +ROI in campaigns where i've done a bit more research in to different traffic/offers.
I feel, with the number of people joining the forum and reading the same tutorial, test the same offer/traffic, you're gonna find it a bit hard to win.
The idea/framework is solid, just a lot of testing and failure before you get your win
