Where do YOU learn more about Mobile Marketing?

I'm new to Mobile Marketing and I'd love to hear your advice on the following question:
What resources would you recommend to use to study Mobile Marketing?
What books, what courses, etc.? Where can I learn about cpm, eCPM, CTR, CPC, CPI and all that good stuff?

These cover a tonne of foundation for mobile
If you go Googling about mobile marketing, you're going to find a ton of general advice from companies and individuals who don't have the same concerns as affiliates -- e.g arbitrage profits.
I think your best bet is right here on STM.
Read through the mobile case studies and follow alongs. You will see how those terms come in to play in a real-life campaign scenario.
Saying that, I've just finished reading 'How to Build a Billion Dollar App'. It's not exactly affiliate material. But it's good backdrop stuff for anybody making the jump in to mobile.
all you need to learn mobile marketing is in front of your eyes you have gotta see it. Its called STM! forget the rest.
