The past week I tried to get some direct deals with porn (related) websites. I've got a couple of replies back.
However, one of them is only accepting mobile popunder traffic and I am absolutely not familiar with mobile - but there is just 1 advertiser or so. So, it's worth trying.. he asks a fixed rate of 6 euros CPM.
This looks a little bit high, as on web the most I paid CPM-wise was 0.91$.
Is this normal on mobile popup under traffic? Or is there still a lot of room for negotiation?

It depends mostly on the country and OS.
For example take a look at exoclick:
- Malaysian mobile pops (android) are sold for €3.00/CPM while iOS-pop go for €2.00/CPM
- German mobile pops are sold for €10.00/CPM
another important factor is whether it's carrier or WIFI traffic. If it's predominantly WIFI traffic, then this seems pretty expensive, but still depends on GEO breakdown.
