Anyone have an inMobi contact? (9)

Anyone have an inMobi contact?

Does anyone have a contact for inMobi?

I deposited $300 in there, only to find out that they don't actually enable postbacks or publisher_id tracking by default, and it has to be specially requested. Their documentation and interface is also really horrible. I've sent tickets to support well over a week ago and heard nothing back...

Thanks for any pointers on how to get up and running with inMobi.

Just signed up for inmobi as well. Could not completely figure out tracking with Voluum.

Here is what I got so far:

Name:	<nobr><a href='https://panel.voluum.com/link/?t=JbgfGzNee0EWGOfEA3t3m8h5kZBlw10xvttAZQsf9F18z7+e0F78hhfKPzz3ju+z&type=visit' rel=Voluum-inmobi.jpg  Views: 60  Size: 89.9 KB  ID: 4785" class="thumbnail" style="float:CONFIG" />

Tracking URL on inMobi campaign - banners: http://fswvj.voluumtrk.com/XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX?goal=download&impid=$IMP_I D

As far as I know that won't do the job with tracking each banner and other important stuff..
If you find out more keep us updated

kepe what you have is right, that is all they offer, i am finding it quite difficult to know where my ONLY conversion with them is coming so far as far as creative id goes. So far and i could be wrong their traffic at least in my experience hasn't converted well, and i have been using the same banners, landers etc.. as i have been using in other sources where i am getting conversions..

Just create a custom token for tracking creatives, like (Creative_1, Creative_2) and so on. As for site placements, use this token __si__cb.

You need to reach out to their support team and have them enable advanced tracking on your account. Without it it'll be useless trying to run anything.

While you're at it, make sure to ask for all features to be enabled on your account, like CPM bidding for example.

Once that's enabled you'll be able to track individual publishers by using the "__si__cb" token (without quotes). Everything else from categories, app/web, banners, ect.. will have to be tracked manually. I personally like to have the __si__cb token first and my manual banners token last. That way you can quickly add tracking names/IDs to your banners while setting them up in the InMobi interface, and since those will automatically be appended onto the end of your tracking link, they'll get passed on to your tracker (again, as long as the banner token is last).

With that said, I haven't done much advertising with them in a long while. Aside from a few exclusive placements, most of their inventory is remnant from other exchanges. So I'd suggest tackling individual categories at a time while splitting your campaigns up into app and web, as you'll need a pretty large testing budget to go wide open from the start.

Edit: Oh yeah, add shradha.tripathi5 on Skype.

shit traffic. shit interface. shit support. be careful before depositing huge amount in there. their interface sucks big time. you can't upload banners in bulk. you have to do that manually. you can't block site ids you want. for that you have to depend upon shit support team who never really care to respond back. basically, they don't bother to help you. they want you to burn your money with them so they can get some profit.

lastly, they send big time bot traffic just to increase their profit. be careful when you run any traffic beyond mid-night local time at your target geo. basically, I would stay away doing any business with these guys.

I had some good times with them but you really need to create a trustworthy relationship with your rep...
