Insane CPM

Been testing ads daily getting $18-$41 cpm, broad demo NF traffic.
My theory is its some sort of quality score issue.
Almost no likes or comments on several hundred spend.
Was going to change the URL or fan page see what happens. Anyone else experience this?

$40 cpm is very high, normally getting $5 cpm

Black Friday & Cyber Monday weekend. It will drop a little after monday, but the huge drop will come after Christmas is over.
