I have a new campaign running at Peerfly and being tracked by CPVLab.
So far I have 33 Views and 16 clicks giving me a CTR of 48.48%. I'll take that. BUT Peerlfy reports only 4 clicks. WTF?
Anyone else experience any click weirdness with Peerfly?
Can't figure this out (yet).
Some networks just track unique IP. Try to check if your clicks are unique. If it is, then report it to the network.

are you sure those clicks arent from you testing it?
