I'm making mobile landers using media queries to resize certain things based upon the size of the phone. I'm wondering what phones people are generally creating for? What's the smallest phone screen size you try to make work on your lander and what's the largest you try to make things look good for?
I was trying to find model market share for random countries, but didn't have much luck. If anyone has an up to date link that'd be very much appreciated.

I would go for <350px width, 351-600, 601-800 and 801+ just as a ballpark.
I.e. split into small limit, medium, large, and large limit.
Orientation: landscape is the beast to conquer.
