Can you paste the script you're using? Are you trying to use Volume? If so, the token is {isp} not {carrier}

Yes, the problem is likely that you're not actually using the right token.

Look at your landing page URL in the address bar when loaded through your Voluum campaign URL. If the information isn't in the URL as you want it to be, it's not going to work.

Is this decisive? are you loading your campaign URL from Voluum? if so this will happen because this token is replaced by decisive when someone clicks through an ad through their platform.

It won't work if you are clicking it yourself from Voluum. All that's happening is the token isn't being replaced by the traffic source so voluum records it as {{{carrier}}} and then passes it to the LP.
