When getting looking at creatives in my AF network.. sometimes i notice a bunch of urls in the creatives do i just grab the first one. Or lets say its a country im targeting.. will they have a specific creative for that country... or when someone in that country clicks my banner will the offer automatically direct them to there countries right offer page...?
The affiliate network will provide a single link for each offer lander available within an offer/campaign. All countries within that offer's description go to the same link.
For example, Heroes Charge (DE/FR/UK). Inside that offer there will be a single link that you use, you do not need a different one for each country (this would be such a huge waste of everyone's time to do!).
However, if you wanted to run in the US, you would certainly need to use the link from the Heroes Charge (US/CA) offer.
If you are seeing other creative links, e.g. in Cake, ignore them - change to the link type creative and use that.
When it comes to creatives on your end, you would only ever send these to your network for approval. You upload and deploy them at your traffic source, your network has no involvement here. The network comes into play once users have come through your tracking system and are spat out the other end.
