Instead of running your affiliate marketing operations as a sole proprietorship/sole trader, savvy affiliate marketers run their operations under a limited liability company.
Not only does this give you considerable legal advantages, but it can also be much more tax efficient and help you get approved easier to affiliate networks and allow you to enter into direct advertiser relationships.

+1, this is excellent advice.
And for those of you who are "waiting till they hit it big" before making a company, stop waiting. Fake it 'till you make it, like they say.
I've already lost count of all the valuable connections I've made because someone reached out to me on LinkedIn after seeing my agency profile. Not to mention it helps you get a foot in the door when adding people yourself.
great advice ,
Can you recommend on a designer/website developer who can build this kind of sites?
Thanks!
There's a ton of good templates out there you can use as well on places like themeforest. I recommend using wordpress and a 1 pager theme from themeforest and that should do the trick without too much Fuss.
Yeah I would recommend a Muse template just to make editing it that much easier.
Then you can just upload to a CDN and adjust DNS records for your site (unfortunately this will mean www.site.com works but site.com won't).
For a contact form just use something like 123 Contact Form or list a separate email account for contact via the site only.
If you want to take a DIY approach without any software, I have heard good things about http://www.layerswp.com/
