depends on the advertiser just like network. Each one offers their own benefits. Usually working with the advertiser you can get a higher payout because the network is not taking a slice. Also, to touch on payment most advertisers offer a weekly payment plan if you don't prefer every two weeks or monthly. Like i said, each one has it's pros and cons.
