Don't think so - if it's not in the case studies subforum then it's likely not around.
When you say direct linking do you mean just using the offer/affiliate URL as the landing page?
Can pretty much guarantee with 100% certainty that this won't work, and the advertiser might not be too happy if you flood them with hundreds of thousands of low quality PPV clicks.
There are a lot of PPV case studies though, so you should be able to take information from these and utilise it for your campaign.
