I know you can buy PVA accounts but I set a new account up myself and used a mobile number to verify it to get the spend upto $250/day off the bat but nothing happened - it's been about a week.
I'm just curious if anyone has done it themselves and got the bump, I think i might have a dodgy account because today will be the 9th time I've hit $50 and still haven't had a bump (paid each time successfuly).
10 work days ... otherwise you should just get a new one.
