So I've been running the campaign in my signature link for going on two weeks, today for whatever reason I'm not getting any traffic from it at all?
Everything is active, I've not changed anything, No emails regarding anything... I'm still 1st position bidder..
Does this happen or what is going on?
It happens....sometimes its just someone bidding around you and you don't know it....other times its just LI's algo doing weird shit.....
try upping your bids see if the traffic comes back

Very weird.. I had my budget set at $20.00 with no traffic coming in, then I bumped it to $30.00 and now traffic is back to normal?

No I hadn't hit my cap at all, it hadn't sent any traffic today. Yesterday capped out and usually traffic starts trickling in at 3-4am CST time.. but I checked on it at 9am this morning and there has been no traffic coming in, so I thought perhaps it was under review again or something.
Then at 1pm I tried upping my budget and traffic started almost immediately. LI system is a bit weird from my experience so far. Cause the other day I had a $20/day budget for a campaign, it capped at like 2pm and I wanted to run more traffic to the converting offer so I bumped it to $40, it ended up spending a total of about $50.
