I'm just trying to scale things out and wondering if there is a better method to get multiple accounts rather than having a number of bank accounts, maybe something like these http://www.mycashplus.co.uk or https://www.entropay.com?

The issue is that you need an address. If you can find a prepay with an address then you'll be fine.

yep. If you want 4 accounts, get 4 cards with 4 different addresses.
I've been able to open new accounts with blank prepaid cards, but as some point there is a manual review (usually in the first week - and that's just my theory) and after that your payments don't go through anymore.
Try it for yourself and report back.
