I get inconsistent ad approvals & sometimes have to do 3-4 email exchanges before the network takes a 2nd look at the ad/lander. This adds up to be like an annoying 12 hour delay on campaigns. Do you guys email support a lot like this or just keep re-uploading stuff and hope it eventually gets through?
You will always have some kind of discrepancy with manual ad reviews. The resolution to not be getting into this issues is by staying away from aggressive niches or angles.
If I believe something genuinely shouldn't be disapproved. Then I will just re-upload and hope it will get through the second time. If not, then I would email.
What traffic source is the issue?

Well, if it's Antivirus then life is only going to get harder - networks are clamping down on this area due to misleading advertisers.
