Hello, I was banned in the past when trying to create adwords accounts. but I'm now going to try one more time, I have the following plan and resources, before putting it in action, I would like to know your suggestions:
*-new pc, new ip (is a laptop from my father which I'll use with remote desktop, so it has his IP)
*-new CC (the CC was previously banned in the past, but I asked the bank for new CC so they gave me one with the same name on it, but the numbers are different), I think I should use a different name when submitting?)
*-new website: new domain, new content, new everything
*-new url for tracking soft (I was using my default
*-new account? (I was thinking of using my father google account for creating the adwords account since his account has several years old, but never used adwords)
any other suggestion?
my first guess was to run a while with legit content, then switch content after account was fully approved, but I would like to know if I would need to change anything to have them working at first.

I don't know if it worth mentioning, but at first I'll be promoting a blog with technology news and stuff, is a basic wordpress blog, should the blog have something to make it look more legit? (it has updates, post and everything, but it doesn't have a lot of time since it was created)
