Campaign structure: 2 campaign targeting Carrier only. Separated into Mobile / App and Mobile/Site. Banner and LP in English language. Native Bahasa Malaysia banners and LP will be in another follow along.
Banners and Landing Page: Headline inspiration from John Caples’ “They laughed when i sat down”. I’ve created 7 banners with similar design layout. The objective is to determine which headline has the highest CTR. After the top performing banner has been identified, multiple design variation will be included.

2 Landing pages have been created focusing primarily on the winner of the last S5 sweepstake. Slogan from the previous winner was also included. These are actual picture and slogan from the advertiser’s site.

The first LP has the picture of the winner and the second LP without. The reason for this is to determine the effect of a picture in the LP in terms of CTR. File size with image is 26.4 kB and the image is on Rackspace CDN.
Hmmm I would really concentrate on just having your banners and landers in Malay. On 20% of Malaysians are fluent in English. I get your angle but I still only think it's relevant to a minority of the traffic you are paying for.

Actions I took: For Mo/Site, the worst performing banner has been blacklisted with 95% stat significance confidence compared with the top performing banner.

LP1 with Image: 23 views with 0 click. LP2 without image: 115 click with 3 click = 2.61% CTR.
LP1 after 23 view with 0 click, I’ve decided to pause the traffic and let it go to LP2. I have a feeling the image is slowing down the page load time. Though the file size is small, Carrier 3G network speed may not allow it to load quickly. LP2 without image has better CTR. Does that prove my theory?

LP1 with Image: 21 views with 1 click = 4.76% CTR . LP2 without image: 163 click with 31 click = 19.02% CTR.

I would just present your Malay results here in this follow-along to show them vis-a-vis, so that we can see the performance difference readily.
I've paused this campaign for the moment. I'm sending all the traffic to the Malay campaign. I didn't want to run 2 campaign with the same targeting on Decisive. As per the traffic rep, if I do that, my campaigns will compete with each other.
