I've got a few questions around the industry jargon that affiliate managers and everyone else uses.
Glossary?: Is there a glossary of all the jargon and abbreviations somewhere? I tried googeling a few things but could not find much.
Preflow?: One of my affiliate managers asked me what my pre-flow is? (Just a bit of background: I'm promoting a mobile offer, have created all my banners & gotten them approved). Now he is asking me what my pre-flow is.
I could ask him directly but I prefer to ask you guys so I don't come across as a complete newbie (which I totally am but still...)

By pre-flow they probably mean just the lead up before users get sent to your affiliate link, e.g. traffic source -> banner -> LP -> affiliate network.
I'd just answer with direct-linking or that your using a lander. A rather odd question/wording for a mobile app offer in my opinion.
