Numerous Angles and Offers but no cigar!

Hey guys. I am having some trouble getting a profitable campaign using the mobile app cookbook approach. Ive tried several offers with a few angles each and haven't had a profitable campaign yet. I still remain optimistic but I decided to reach out to this sexy community to get some help. Please review my banners and suggest anything I might be doing incorrectly. All feedback is greatly appreciated. I am uploading a few banners since there are so many that I have tried. Take a look!

What traffic source ? I cant read russian so idont know if the sale pitch is good

Can you let us know what the English translation of those banners is, and what the offer you were using for each was? That'll help us give you some guidance.

Yes, russian translation sounds weird like direct google translate. And try also to variate the style and angle of banners for Dolphin Browser
