I have a Facebook account for business purposes. Have anyone experienced these lately?
These are the 3 questions they asked:
1.) Provide first few digits Credit Card
2.) Identify photos
3.) Login to the same browser
After i've done the identifying photos process. I'm able to use Facebook as usual.
But after 5 mins, they asked me the same questions as stated above again and stopped me from accessing Facebook.
Can anyone explain to me about this?
This is pretty annoying and i need to solve this.
I wish i could just tell Mark Z that i'm still the bloody same user using this fb acc. Not any hackers. -.-
You would have triggered this.
Did you browse Facebook while connected to a VPN? That's a big no-no.
I think so. How do i solve it? Login my Fb with my other laptop via same IP address??
You should revert back to your normal IP address and avoid using a VPN while connected to FB - never even have a FB tab open while doing VPN stuff.
You should be able to get the account back through the ID submission and doing what they ask, just don't push your luck again.
