Does anyone know what adult traffic sources have a lot of good quality Mexican inventory?

Every ad network has mexican traffic, Mexico is a large GEO so there is a ton of that traffic available. Depends on what you need tho, if youre looking for cheap RON banner clicks go to exo or juicyads, better quality banner clicks from premium sites are at trafficjunky, cheap pops or redirects you can get on plugrush etc ...
As Matuloo said, Mexico is a pretty big GEO for most of us, so every ad network worth buying from will have some, depends on what options you are looking for within your campaign, that will decide more on the traffic sources you go with. I am looking for this traffic as well and having a hard time getting traffic. should the CPM for Mexico mobile pop and or redirect be higher than US ?
In some cases yes, especially for carrier traffic.
MX 1 click flow offers have been on fire lately while for the US is tough to find such offers due to regulations.
The second you start targeting Mexican carriers, you're entering a warzone.
Most traffic sources where it's possible to target by carrier are going to be overrun with affiliates.
You'll usually find some air to breathe by going for sources which don't have the carrier option. If you need to target by carrier, then you'll get better value by buying bulk and filtering it at your tracker level with separate paths.
