Airpush: Publisher VS Application?

Hi all,

another newbie question here...!

Was using the Airpush Optimiser earlier and noticed that they had a tab for Publisher and another tab for Application?

I'm assuming these are placements but what's the difference?

Thanks in advance guys

Roi

I don't use Airpush but based on other platforms, publisher will likely be where you have an app and are using Airpush to monetise your users.

This is usually the case for mobile advertising platforms where you can both integrate with them to monetise and also advertise through their network.

Publisher is guy who have many Apps (placements)
Blacklisting app = only one placement BL'd
Blacklisting publisher = blacklisting all his apps

Correct.

I tend to straight up ignore the publisher and work soley with the advertiser panel.
