Any stats about conversions: epc, ctr,... for cold traffic, targeted traffic ?

Abstacker as a business is about 3 years old, we are an Australian online nutrition and weight-loss counselling business, we also have our own protein supplements. Over the last few years we have built up a following of around 10,000 on our direct mailing list, 2 facebook pages and instagram, we also have over 200 active paying clients. So you could say our traffic has been very targeted and they have been following us and Ben's story for a while. Facebook and Instagram have been the bulk of our sales, but as any marketer knows you burn through your immediate audience quickly then you need to look for other traffic sources. This is why we have moved our product to clickbank. We actually saw our first few affiliate sales over the weekend, so someone out there is making money already. The Initial $/sale for the affiliate is $26.26US, we now have a gravity of 1 lol, its a start.
We have had great reach with our posts reaching 3000+ our website traffic has been any where between 40 people a day to 1000. I'm looking into cpc and cpm ads but this area is new to me so I don't have stats just yet.
