Its better you stick to soloads and solo emails for forex and forex leads.
Facebook if you try, I dont know whether they accept it, but you are gonna lose like hell.
Facebook will most likely approve your ad at first. Then when people complain about it they will go back and disapprove your ad and ban your account.
That is The Way if You want quick BAN on FB...
The ads will eventually get canned for being of an "unacceptable business model" from Facebook's perspective.
In fact, you could stretch several of their approval guidelines in a way that would make Forex offers be a clear no-no.
But as others have said, user complaints will get you regardless.
