I didn’t expect how AM would end up changing my life in 6 months...
I don't do much posting in STM... but now, I would start to share my own experience/case study, and hope it will be beneficial to the STM members.
Six months ago
I was running a web development studio in Singapore. I had spent two years on it so far but was always open to new opportunities. One day a good friend of mine(Rio, Supeyrio in STM) told me about something that he had gotten involved in and I didn’t expect how AM would end up changing my life...
Starting Out with AM
Rio gave me 2 websites and told me to:

I’m a slow learner, so it took me a while to fully read about this industry. However, I finally signed up and began working in mid May 2014. Getting ready for my first campaign was really tough, and I was running into so many problems. I was putting so much time into this, but nothing was working and I ended feeling so tired. However, I kept reminding myself of the message from many Super Affiliates, which was to keep trying and not give up.
That’s when I decided to make a list of my goals, and to work towards those goals. I would try my best, and even if I didn’t succeed, I at least would know how hard I worked towards my goals.
My First Profitable Campaign
In the first 1.5months, I launched 6 campaigns and all of them failed. I decided to take a step back and look at my work, and I just couldn’t understand what I was doing wrong. Then I realized what the problem was: I was not focusing on what I am weak at. So then I focused on working on just one important aspect (Landing Page Angle), and found this great post by Maynzie which helped me on: http://stmforum.com/forum/showthread...ighlight=sweep
There were many tips for me on how to improve my sweepstakes lander on this post, so I continued to work on getting better. Finally, I had my first winning campaign! And after that, things just got better and better, including additional profitable campaigns.
Relocate and Setting Up a Team in Bangkok
I used to outsource my work, but I ran into problems, including delayed deliveries and communication issues. That’s when I first thought about creating my own team, and looked into potential locations. After much thought, I decided on Bangkok for a few reasons, like being familiar with this city, knowing people who live there and there are also many successful affiliates already living there, and plus it’s a great place for networking. After a visit to the city, I decided to go ahead with my plan and build my team there.
Fast Forward to Today
Things have changed for the better! I just set up an office and have a small, four-member team working with me.
I am making x,xxx/day for 3 months+. Broke 6 figures profit in a month and trying to bring this to the next level.
I’m learning everyday and I continue to improve. I’m very grateful to be where I am now and to have this opportunity. I’d also like to thank many people who have help me, including:

Awesome. I am about three months in and now break even which helps to keep running traffic. For me right now, I would classify AM as frustrating. Did you have tons of frustrations in getting where you are?

When it comes to a team i recommend you look at how your guys do things. Write down the steps and see how you can simplify to get the result done in less steps.
I am a systems freak (you should see my notes) and i constantly revise systems to increase effencies so we can do more faster.

It's an incredibly powerful learning experience, and its lessons stretch far beyond AM.
