Voluum error

Hey guys,

I've been having this error almost all day today in Voluumm

Unexpected server error occurred while processing your request.

Error code: 503: DOWNLINE_SYSTEM_ERROR

Please try again later or if the problem persists, contact our support.


have you been gettting this today?

Is it with your postbacks to another system?

No Zeno, it's issues with the reliability of the system. I don't see gaps in clicks, but I do see the interface becomes unreliable at times.

I'm accessing their North America node. I use a proxy to access their German data center and no trouble.

Ive been getting this the last several days as well. It usually only lasts for several seconds, and only shows up intermittently - but today it was pretty bad, couldnt access the site at all for like 15min. Eventually it always goes away

Hi Guys,

Last night there was a 15 minute down time on the reporting side - traffic was unaffected and all reports are now up to date. Our off duty server admins jumped on the issue as soon as it occurred, apologies for the inconvenience. It appears someone had abused our API and we're working on a fix for this.

As for the 503 errors that sporadically pop up. We're aware of this issue and it should be patched soon as well.

I am still getting inferface loading issues. It happens a lot now, Almost at least once each session

Could you tell me from which geographical location you're accessing our panel? I'll have one of our guys look into it. We've not received any tickets about 503 errors in the past 3 days so it looks like it could be a local issue.

this has to be the biggest downside of Voluum,,

Unexpected error occurred while contacting the server.

Please make sure you are connected to the internet and try again later. If the problem persists, please contact our support

it's too frustrating
