Definitely a hard road where cloaking and many accounts will be needed - I wouldn't recommend this if you have no experience running on Facebook.
You will be trying to fight a very complex battle with a system that you don't yet even understand at the basic advertising level.
and word on the street its getting even harder then the hard days, have you tried looking at pop traffic?
So it is not worth the hassle. I wouldn't want to go through the trouble of creating new accounts.
