When affiliate managers ask to see landers

First post here, I guess I'll get right down to questions. Tried to search for this, but couldn't come up with anything.

When AMs ask to see landing pages in order to get approval for offers, what should my response be? I don't like the idea of outing what I'm doing, especially since it is not at all unheard of to get campaigns jacked or given to other affiliates.

have you made money so far? if so how much?
If its less than 500$ profit a day I am not sure you have a problem to show him

you can always show him other lander that you dont send traffic to

if you show him, try to get as much feedback as you can
like what he suggest to change, what he saw different aff is doing ...

When they ask and there is no other way around I generally send them screenshots.

The real issue is not AMs ripping them but more sharing with other affiliates.

And most affiliates are lazy, they won't code the lander from the screenshot so it's pretty safe.

Sometimes only live landers are allowed

This is also what happens:
- AM asks for your LP because approval is required by the advertiser
- AM sends the LP to the advertiser
- Advertiser gives approval
- Advertiser thinks "Ah, great compliant LP! Let me share this with other Aff networks"

A screenshot instead of a live URL will avoid this in most cases. You can also send a bunch of other LPs over (even if you don't use them) since they'll have no clue which one is working.

I only send screenshots and do so with lots of creatives even if not running them.

Same with landers.

Most of the time it's for compliance.

If you're worried about the advertiser sharing your lander... well, firstly it will get ripped by affiliates anyway, secondly you should get to market faster and push harder so that even if other affiliates rip, they are way behind you in terms of testing, payout bumps, etc.

How do you guys handle testing on landers that require advertiser approval? Do you typically get each little change re-approved, or only changes that you decide are 'material'?
