I thought Beyond Hosting was supposed to be good?

My vps keeps going down, not good I only signed up to beyond hosting the other day. It kept going down yesterday as well and I am trying to setup my first campaign. It has come back online again now but I am worried this is going to screw up my first campaign. Should I ditch prosper202 on this vps and just use Voluum instead?

Anyone else having issues at the moment?

Hmm they have been pretty good to me.

Did you submit a ticket and ask what's up?

Ok thanks mate, yeah I tried leaving a message in the back office but no reply yet. It has dented my confidence a bit because it has been playing up for the last 2 days.

Maybe it's my connection if other people haven't had the same issue, but I haven't had any issues with my other hosts.

I usually get a response to their ticketing system within 15 minutes or less. I can also say they've been good to me as well, since 2011. Their service is the reason I keep my account there.

You might have got a server that has hiccups, which can be the case at some point. But after using them for quite some time I can only say that they are very good at both delivering quality hosting and answering questions. It's Sunday, so give them some slack

I have had problems solved on Sundays. Their support is first class.

using them for quite a while now support is top notch and tyler is always helpful in case you contact him in regards to any problems
