i tried to find a way to do this but keep fail so i decided to ask the greatest STM.
all i have is a affiliate link directed to google play and i use imobitrax to track it.
every i use website clicks, put my tracking link on and filled all the information, facebook always notify me :
The adgroup's creative is incompatible with the objective of the campaign group the adgroup belongs to.
and ask me go with Mobile App Install ad type.

i did it once and facebook just approve it and then disapprove within hours.
sad.
Either your ad was non-compliant, your account was shady or more likely your back end redirection failed or was not configured correctly.
This method works because it is sensible and sends all users to the mobile app store page or, where applicable, the clean landing page that then goes to the app store.
There is nothing non-compliant about this and the most likely reason for failure is if you bled inappropriate clicks to the affiliate link, which where then geo-redirected by the network.
