It seems puzzling that they turn away affiliates that have done $xxx,xxx with several networks.
Same for me, i lied a bit that i was newbie but.., not that much 
I would recommend adsmilis.com and clickdealer thought..good affiliate managers helping me out as newbie. Got my sales same day i started , still losing thought..
You probably should call them, that always get it done for me.

I got denied, I called them, got denied again. Sent Brian and email then chatted with him on Skype and was accepted. He's been very helpful since being accepted.
Yes, I got reject as well. Your $x,xxx daily doesn't matter to them. They ask a long list of questions and base their approval on that.
