Decisive: Scale with Manual CPM or higher Smart CPA?
Once you have a profitable campaign. You have an established CTR and CR rate. How do you then go about getting more traffic? Do you switch to manual CPM and bid at say 60% of your profit per 1000 or do you increase the smart CPA?
