Anyone know of a good traffic source for eastern Europe?

Hi Everyone,

I testing some offer in eastern Europe and am finding it hard to get traction.
Can anyone recommend a good traffic source?

Offer: Mobile subscription - Anti-Virus- Whats app
Region: Serbia, Czech Republic

Tested Traffic sources:

Airpush
Popmyads
Exoclick
Zeropark

none of them really work.

What is not working: volume, convertsion rate, ad approval ?

I don't remember 50r having mobile traffic a few months ago. Do they have it now?
