No impression for my normal Adwords account

Hi guys,

There is an Adwords issue having been existed for a few days, but I couldn't figure out what's going on here.

I uploaded a whatsapp ads on Adwords without any traffic recently, and then I tried to use a few different keywords and texts which were successfully approved by Google, but it was still useless, no statistics(no impression!) at all!!

The details of my ads placement are as below:

Offer name: WHATSAPP DIRECTORY
Region: ZA
Current keywords: Hotmail
Text: 1.80% of people use it to send e-mail; 2. communication tools as hot whatsapp

The only abnormal condition I found is the "Location" always shows as "loading"(please see the red marked)

Unfortunately no impressions = your account is likely banned soon.

You're in a review process, they happen a lot before you acct gets the the 2-3k spend per day.

Do you have any other ads in the same ad group that are displaying?
Is the ad scheduling set up to currently show the ad?
Have you set sufficient daily budget?
Have you set sufficient keyword bids?
Does the keyword have low search volume?
Do you have any negative keywords preventing ad display?
May sound obvious, but is the campaign/ad group/ad enabled (not paused)?

Check the ad delivery/rotation for the campaign.
Use the Ad Preview and Diagnosis tool:

If you've set everything up correctly, it could be that impressions reporting is delayed and hopefully you will see the impressions/clicks in 2-5 days after approval.

Contact Google if still having issues.

1.only this one ads.

4. my keyword is "hotmail" at present
5. until now, no even 1 impression to "hotmail"
6.no
7.the campaign is alive

I tried to use Diagnosis tool which doesn't work at all.

I set up the campaign for almost a week, still no impression.

Im facing the same problem here, I uploaded a compliant ad yesterday, It was approved and until now zero impressions.

^ this. Or if you're not yet hitting this daily spend, it's in review status. If you're lucky impressions will start to pick up in 1-2 days. That being said, Whatsapp type offers on AW raise red flags pretty quickly these days.

They raise red flags but that doesn't mean whatsapp offers are banned there right?

I just figured out the problem in my campaign, my CC was expired, thats why my ad wasn't receiving impressions. Hope it helps.

If this is direct linked to the offer , its very likely a ban. Even with a lander will results in a ban eventually. To run pin submits on adwords you have to really know what you are doing and be ready to lose accounts left and right.
