I'm looking for any guides on how to setup funnels and use Autoresponder to manage these funnels. I'm launching a product which I haven't done before and want to understand the process better.
Anything with list management that goes into the mechanics of how a non buyer gets switched to a customer when they buy.

Are you looking for more of a technical overview on how the setup goes, what buttons to push, etc, or more of a theoretical / best practise guide?
Off the top of my head, Patrick MacKenzie has written a lot of good posts about lifecycle emails, but they're more on the theory than the "click this button then fill in this box" side.
I'm really looking for both. Theory would give me the starting point and technical will give me the action. Thanks Carmen
About the writing part, there is a product about writing autoresponders with a very nice reputation:
Autoresponder Madness by Andre Chaperon.
You can also use Jeff Walker's Product Launch Formula to build your autoresponders.
For the technical part, GetResponse is really very easy to use, even a kid can learn fast. And they have nice tutorials.
