Hello, I cannot access STM from my iPad nor access support to resolve the issue. Does anyone have the same problem?

Try installing the Tapatalk app for iOS and go that route:

It's btw the best STM experience on a mobile device.

I'm not sure what that image is meant to show but we just had another aMember kerfuffle so try again. I don't see why an iPad won't be able to browse the forum as is.
Im having the same problem since yesterday with my iPhone. Dont want to use tapatalk tho, somehow I dont like that app.
