females frequent certain types of sites more than others, I have seen a few sites aimed at women, but the traffic wasnt massive. From my own experience I can tell you there is a lot of female surfers on stories sites for example, so you might start there. Also look for more softcore sites with vanilla porn, those appeal to more females than some super hardcore tubes. Then you can find good % of females on some community style swingers sites, anything based around the written word and also on certain fetish sites like latex, female domination etc. You will find some part of female surfers on any site, but they will be expensive to reach since they are in majority.
Just ensure that you banners are clearly women oriented and search for CPC placement.
