Best Type Of Offers On Mobile?
Hey Guys,
A question for the more advanced guys, in your experience are there any particular types of mobile offers that convert better?
Most of the AM's that i've been messaging for advice on their best performing offers takes days to reply if they reply at all, so i've started going through each network and seeing if any offers stand out to me.
So far i've come across
- Utility Installs (Battery boosters, new android browsers, etc)
- Sweepstakes (Win an Iphone, Win $1,000 worth of groceries, fill in your email, ph number, etc)
- Dating Instals
- Game Installs
- Adult
And a few other random ones that i can't categorize.
Any of these that have performed badly for you? Any that tend to perform better?
Thx

All of the above can work - it depends on the individual offer, the angle, the targeting and the traffic source.
But there's at least $x,xxx a day to be made in each of the above spaces!

Oh also, i forgot to ask, what do you think of sweepstake offers specifically Caurmen?
I just tested one recently from a network(using their preview link) and after going through 3 or 4 screens where i had to input my email, phone number, address, etc, i then had to answer 18 yes/no questions, it was such a long funnel for such a small payout ($2.30) that would be easy for someone to lose interest half way through and just close the window, especially if they're on their iphone(which can be difficult to type sometimes) - have you had much experience running them?

Check the offer description, pretty sure the conversion happens when the user enters their email data.

Based on our current spends across our network: Utilities > Pin Subs > Sweeps > Games > Financials > Rebills > *

Thanks Adivity, that's pretty cool, no wonder all the networks are pushing battery saver.

All of these work really well if you get the right combo of traffic source > banner > lander > offer.
However out of the list you posted utilities and pin submits are doing great these days.

I was thinking about this too.
Do the pros look for best converting offers or test random ones in hope of hitting a good one to scale?
Is the competitive advantage in things like Utilities the angles and traffic sources mainly?

Both
I test proven offers because theyre working, but i also test new offers in hope 1/10 will work and i'll be "FIRST!"
