New major traffic sources (5)

New major traffic sources

I see a lot of traffic sources asking for 3-10k deposits and usually they have a variety of ad formats apart from the standard pop and banner. They have these interstitial ads, video ads, and a lot of other stuff. And when I speak to the manager they think I'm a big company.

Anyone actually tried these big traffic sources and their new ad formats? Or is this something totally out of what we should be doing?

Big sources with new formats tend to mean lower competition. So if you have a working campaign elsewhere, perhaps you'll benefit from bringing that campaign to the network.

What's an example?

You can access both those sources' inventory via DSP's - test it there first. If it works well then go direct with them. You can negotiate both of them down to a $1000 test budget. Be warned...they don;t like affiliates so make sure you have a proper business and approach them as such.
