Is something wrong with CPA networks based on hasoffers?
Seems like conversion postbacks are falling behind big time. At least on yeahmobi, already got 2 emails in past week saying that this is because of hasoffers, but no data will be lost, just delaying. And campaign that was doing 150% ROI yesterday suddenly is at -100%. Hope it's just because of that and conversions will appear soon.
This messes up tracking though.
If it's just the reporting system down then all the data will come through eventually.
So -100% ROI isn't explicitly correct if you don't actually know what your revenue is.
This happens time to time and I wouldn't worry too much. It's a pain in the ass but if your tracker uses clickID's and registers conversions based on time of initial click (
Note: in this scenario I would have immediately jumped on a VPN and tested that offer links still tracked perfectly. If something is wrong with HasOffers then you should investigate it yourself rather than waiting/asking anyone else. It's an exercise in diligence that will save you money in the future.
@zeno thanks for the info! Will go ahead and investigate
. Btw how long can this take? Its been like 10 hours and still no conversions which i feel should be there
yeah same here... Ive gotten the emails as well..... Makes it difficult as fuck to track ROI for the last 2 days or so...
Same boat.... Was scratching my head last night too... And, being the weekend, couldnt get ahold of anyone
I'm tracking conversions using
http://status.hasoffers.com/
Seems to suggest nothing wrong at least in terms of uptime. It may just be delayed reporting via the API to certain networks, which are responsible for firing your postback URLs.
Hi, few networks confirmed that there are some problems with Hasoffers for last few days. There is no problem with tracking. It's just delay in their statistics and all leads will be counted later.
Thanks for replies!
It's still a bit worrying for me that it's taking SO long, like 15 hours now
yeah, I'm pretty sure I'm seeing the same thing... I'm not in front of my computer.... but, I do recall that the revenue wasn't where I thought it should be
It's happenning the same to me. Had a campaign doing $600 per day. I stopped because it's been almost 2 days and still no conversions passed. Don't want to go blind here.
