Can any one suggest me some good offers that i can promote in Google Adwords
also please tell me what network that offer is from.

If you want to run campaigns on Google Adwords, you really shouldn't be asking such a vague question like this.
You should have a better idea of what kinds of offers are suitable for high-intent search traffic, comply with Google's policies, and should talk to your AM's about what offers they have that are doing well on search.
You could run local leadgen, auto insurance, finance, weight loss and even pet food sales. These could all work fine depending on 100's of factors.
Asking for 'good offers' does little in helping you run a successful campaign on Adwords.
But, to provide some actual useful info, you should:
- look at offers available on networks that have decent payouts
- find something that offers a product or service that provides some solution to a problem that users search for
- research the keyword volume relevant to such offers
- get an idea of the competitiveness of those keywords, bids etc.
- think about angles you can take before even contemplating rolling out a campaign
- consider how you are going to structure the campaign, landing page, how is that going to be designed, domain to use, etc.
