Does anyone have any tips for finding the average CPC per country? Is there a website or listing somewhere?
I'm setting up my first campaign on InMobi for an offer in Brazil.
Average CPC for what specifically?
This is kind of like asking what the average price of fruit is in countries.
If it's mobile, most sources charge CPM. The CPC is therefore entirely dependent on your ad CTRs and so you should focus on CPM prices.
These will vary across traffic sources, placements, OS, banner sizes, etc.
A good research tool is Decisive's planner which shows impressions and average CPMs for their inventory.
I assumed it was an overall average per country. Based on the mobile cookbook, it says if the traffic source is a CPC site, like inMobi, then bid the country's average, so I was trying to figure out how to find that. Thanks for the info.
Oh so you mean the average on InMobi specifically?
Check their planner if they have one, or talk to a rep there, or just wing it ;D
